An item I want is out of stock, what can i do?
One of the downsides of offering such great products is that sometimes they disappear quickly, not leaving a single gallon or case for others. Luckily, if the product is a “Stock Item”, we should have more ready to ship as soon as possible. You can be notified via email when an out of stock item is available again by going to the product’s description page and clicking the “Sign up to get notified when this product is back in stock” link. Is credit card information kept?
No. Credit card information is automatically deleted once your order is processed. You will have to enter credit card information with every checkout. General customer information is stored in our system to make it easier for you to reorder.
Can I avoid paying for sales tax?

Can you custom formulate a cosmetic base for me?
We do custom cosmetic base formulation through our manufacturing facility, Maki Creations. Please see the attached overview and contact us.
Why are some products marked as a “No-Fly Item”?
There are certain items and materials that are not allowed by The International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and Department of Transportation (DOT) to ship via air shipments. A typical reason for this is a low flashpoint of the material being shipping. These items are only allowed to ship via Ground UPS on our site in order to be compliant with such regulations.

Can you please tell me if your PureEssence Sulfate Free Multi Application Base is clear?
The PureEssence Base is in fact clear.
Do you offer samples of your bases?
Yes, all of our bases have sample sizes available. All the size options available, are on the product page.
Can you send product without labels to peel off ?
We sure can, all base gallons and sample orders are filed to-order. Please place a note in the orders comment at the checkout page. Something like “Please do not label gallons” or “please do not label samples”. Keep in mind that we will still place some small removable labels on the bottom of containers that specify what base it is and what scent it is (if any). These small label will not have our logo or company name. They are simply placed so you may identify what you are looking at if you placed an order for multiple items. There will also be a best use by label.
What is a safe percentage of fragrance oil that can be used in the base?
For face products, we recommend starting at .30% and going no higher than .60%. As for formulations for the body, we recommend a 1% fragrance load.
Does a cap or sprayer come with the bottle or is it sold separately?
All bottles are sold with optional closures. For example Caps, pumps, or sprayers. When looking at the bottle page, you can select a quantiy. Or Click the “order with closures>>” in purple. It will take you to another page. Select your quantity, then click the “Add closure”. There will be a cap, sprayer, and treatment pump option. Once you select the type of closure you want, they will be displayed with pictures.
Where is the ingredient list?
The ingredient list for each base can be found at the product page in the tab that says ingredients.
Can I come to your location and shop or pick up an order?
You will be able to schedule a pickup once the order is paid/processing. Once you are at the scheduling page, you will first be asked to select a day from our time slot openings. For a detailed explanation, visit our How Picking Up at Warehouse Works page found here.
Do you export to other countries?
We do not export directly. However, you are welcome to place an order and have it shipped to a freight forwarder. We recommend that the import restrictions, customs, and duty fees are of the destination country are researched.
I made a mistake on my shipping address. Can you fix it?
Please review your shipping address before placing your order. Address corrections for missing or incorrect street or suite numbers will incur a $15.00 UPS intercept fee, and please be advised that, while we will contact UPS to make the correction, it is not always possible.
Shipments with entirely incorrect addresses will be returned to sender, incurring both return and re-shipment fees.
Is it okay to put essential oils or alcohol based products into PET plastic bottles?
These are Bottles made of PET Plastic they do seem to do ok with those type of bases.
How much P5P Preservative do you add to a gallon of water?
We recommend 1.28oz by fluid ounces if you are adding it at 1% to a full gallon of water.
Why do I need to pay via Bank Transfer?
The order’s total is over $1000, The order contains 1 or more 55-gallon drums, or you are unable to pay via Credit Card because you cannot make your billing and shipping address match (rare). There are exceptions to this rule, but they only become available when sufficient history has been established with us.
